What happens if I need my concierge to travel physically more than 4 hours per month (for example, 10 hours per month) ?
No problem, in that case we bill you for 6 additional hours at 90 EUR per hour including tax.
Do I pay more than the recommended public price when booking a service or purchasing a product through my concierge ?
No, you never pay more than the recommended public price when going through your concierge: you pay the recommended public price or a more favorable price negotiated in bulk with the supplier. For certain services such as helicopter, private jet, boat, villa, or hotel bookings, we sometimes receive a commission as a business referrer without that increasing the price you pay.
Can I make a request for a service that is not in your list of examples of services already provided ?
What makes you different from other concierge services ?
We are more like a bespoke shoemaker than renowned industrial conciergeries. We don't operate like them at all: those conciergeries resemble enhanced call centers, with purely telephone (or email) relationships dictated by requests in a CRM.
In practice, we don't seek to use standardized solutions to meet your needs like those players do, nor do we absolutely have to use one of our partner suppliers. We first seek the best possible quality of service and work in an open architecture. Each of our Members is supported by a dedicated concierge with whom real human relationships are established, particularly through "face-to-face" meetings.
Do you guarantee that you will succeed in responding to all my requests ?
No, we cannot guarantee success for each of your requests as our success will of course depend on the time and budget constraints you impose on us. But we guarantee to do everything possible to satisfy you.
What types of clients do you usually work with ?
I already have an assistant at the office - how can you be useful to me ?
We are not in competition with your personal office assistant; we complement their services and work hand-in-hand with them. We can be useful to you, for example, if :
– You wish to extend the availability hours of your personal assistant outside of office hours.
– You wish to preserve your personal life by avoiding the use of your office assistant for requests related to your private life.
– You wish to expand the range of available services or the level of expertise of your assistant on a specific subject.
– You wish to increase the help you receive from your personal assistants for a specific period or for a specific project/event by receiving help from several concierges at the same time.
– You wish to use a personal assistant for more complex or heavier projects that require follow-up over several weeks or months.

What is the minimum commitment period for your concierge services ?
What happens at the end of my subscription period to your services ?
One week before the anniversary date of your subscription, you will receive a call and an email offering to renew the subscription for an additional year. If you do not wish to continue, you don't have to do anything; your subscription will be automatically canceled on the anniversary date.
