Our bespoke response
We engage our high-end partner caterer chef (dedicated laboratory, former starred chefs), who designs a tailor-made proposal within the communicated budget (ingredients/preferences briefing via call).
Day of: discreet arrival with complete equipment (high-end tableware, seasoned maître d'hôtel). Live preparations on the rooftop (mini noble fish tartares, caviar blinis, velouté shots, fusion finger food), wine pairings/petits-fours.
